We aim to:

• Provide a high quality affordable childcare facility.
• Treat each child as an individual and ensure that we meet all its needs according to their developmental stage.
• Ensure that Scallywags abides by all relevant legislation.
• Recruit nursery practitioners under a fair recruitment policy, ensuring they will provide high quality care and education for all children. They must be trained or willing to train to at least a Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Ensure that all Nursery Practitioners have a CRB check carried out prior to working with the children unsupervised.

• Maintain a high quality provision by ensuring all practitioners take part in relevant additional training.
